By downloading, accessing, or using ParkPilot, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
ParkPilot is not directed to children under 13. By using ParkPilot, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age.
ParkPilot includes a 2-hour free trial beginning with your first recommendation request. After the trial ends, continued access to recommendations requires a ParkPilot Pro subscription.
Pricing. Subscription prices are shown in the app at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
Billing. Purchases and billing are handled by Apple through your Apple ID account.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then.
Refunds. Apple processes all purchases and refunds. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple through Apple’s Report a Problem.
Free trial. Any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Access to Pro features. ParkPilot Pro access depends on a valid active subscription recognized through Apple’s purchase system and our verification process.
You may not:
ParkPilot relies in part on live and historical data, including data from external sources. That data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate.
Features, recommendation quality, attraction availability, and wait-time information may change without notice. ParkPilot may be interrupted, unavailable, or modified at any time. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any part of ParkPilot at any time, with or without notice.
ParkPilot provides recommendations as a guide only. Park conditions, attraction status, wait times, weather, and operational conditions can change rapidly.
We do not guarantee that recommendations, wait times, walking estimates, or other app content will always be accurate, complete, or available.
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
ParkPilot is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company or any park operator.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ParkPilot and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate access to ParkPilot at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, abused the service, or attempted to circumvent subscription or access controls.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ParkPilot will be resolved in the courts of New York.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
